Write a research based
paper on the following scenario:

Suppose you are a
system designer at a health care organization. You are asked to design a
comprehensive clinical decision support system. You need to write a paper to
describe your initial plan of the overall structure and function of your
system. Your paper should include the discussions of the following issues.

Review the topics that
have been discussed in this class. Relate the topics to your own experiences.
Use outside references if necessary. Your paper should be 1500-2000 words,
using APA style formatting. Your paper must include an introductory paragraph
with a brief thesis statement, and a conclusion paragraph. It must address the
topics with critical thought.

Include the following
