Technical and Scientific summary ghostwriting: Biomedical

I am looking for someone good in technical and scientific writing with strong background on technical and scientific papers. You must have strong command of the English language. I have preference for graduate level credentials.  I am looking for someone to write technical summaries of scientific and technical papers with biomedical background. These must be written fast. The writing must be original and sources must be credited. The length requirement is 250 words per summary or annotated bibliography. The current topic is in biomedical research with impact on human health. I will give you the references to the articles to provide a technical summaries.  I am thinking about $5 per 250-word summary.
