LP3.1 Assignment: Gartee Chapters 1 and 2

Directions: In the Gartee text Electronic Health Records, complete the Testing Your Knowledge of Chapter 1 questions 1-15 and Testing Your Knowledge of Chapter 2 questions 1-15. The questions, along with your responses, should be completed and saved in a Microsoft Word document. Make sure to include your name in the title (for example, LP3.1: Gartee Chapters_Walters).

Submit this assignment to your instructor via the dropbox “LP3.1 Assignment: Gartee Chapters 1 and 2.” This assignment is worth a total of 30 points.

Scoring Guide (30 Points)

Rating Scale
30 – 27	Work meets or exceeds criterion at a high level of competence.
26 – 24	Work reflects an understanding of criterion with minor misunderstandings/misconceptions.
23 – 21	Criterion partially met, but one or more important concepts/skills are missing or flawed.
20 – 18	Work reflects an attempt to meet criterion, but significant misunderstandings/misconceptions are apparent.
17 – 0	Criterion not met or work is absent.
