How to write the wavefunctions for a p-orbital?

I am having trouble writing out the wave functions for

I know it has 9 wave functions but how do I write them in terms of its products of spin and spatial functions? I know there is something to do with symmetry and antisymmetry but I am quite lost on this. Also how would you prove it obeys the Pauli principle? Any help is appreciated!
