Future Direction of Organization#1

Organizational values are used to lay out guidelines for the behavior of employees of an organization. It is best if the values are listed in writing so there is no confusion about what is expected of employees. Select a health care organization and find its values. Using the criteria listed in chapter 6 of the textbook, critique the organization’s values. Be sure to discuss which ones are present and which ones are missing. Discuss the implications of those that are not listed.
