Swimmers complain about shoulder pain and in order to prepare the G-H joint for the large amount of “use” during practice and competition coaches need to “strengthen” muscles in that area.

Below is some information on commonly fatigued muscles in swimmers that could contribute to “Shoulder Pain”.
