This should be fun! Go to a restuarant of your choice and afterward write a short (350 word, please double-space) review. Among things you might wish to consider:

– name of the restuarant, time of day visited and location of restuarant
– wait time to get to the table
– ambiance of the establishment
– quality of service
– time from seating to order, order to meal
– timing between courses (if applicable)
– quality and innovativeness of the food
– overall impression
– anything else you might add

Be prepared to share your dining experience briefly (in 2 minutes, say) with the rest of the class when called upon.
