Position paper on “Pit Bulls”

This is a position paper on pit bulls. The position paper needs to include a problem statement or summary, a brief description of two sides of the problem, an objective assessment of the issue and conclude with your own opinion. The goal of the position papers is to briefly analyze and succinctly describe two different perspectives of an environmental issue and include your own opinion.
