I need help with 2 questions that require 100+ words

1. what if parents were required to take some courses before giving birth?  Or maybe “student parent” for a few months like student teachers do before they teach?

2.   Isn’t it horrible how “group mindset” can be so powerful as to overpower our most basic of human needs… like generating and caring for offspring? (Example – the old tradition of giving up a first born girl because traditionally it is considered best to have a first born son.)
