Hi, I have a Biology 210 Lab at Northwestern that I’m having trouble with. It deals with Drosophila melanogaster. I’m given 3 traits: Kinky (short thick hair), Sunny (yellow body color), and Lipstick (red eye mutation. I’m told that I need to create a Punnett square for the F1 and F2 generation. The P1 phenotypes are Kinky, Sunny Lipstick males and Wild type females. I have figured out the F1 Punnett square, but am having difficulty with the F2.
