Explain what you understand so far regarding approaching a problem or issue from a “strengths-based” perspective. Have you experienced this approach in any aspect of your life (work, school, personal)?

Discuss how you have used/experienced this approach. If you have not yet experienced this type of approach, discuss how you anticipate using it in the future.

Respond to at least one of your classmates. Your informed responses MUST be a minimum of 100 words. Your response will be graded and should demonstrate your ability to understand the topic being discussed.
