Calculate the Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) for the phospholipid DPPC, which has two C₁₆ chains attached to a phosphatidylcholine head-group. The energy required to transfer a lipid molecule from the bilayer to water is around 75 kJ mol^-1. Estimate how much larger the CMC would be if one of the chains was removed.
