In Week 2 we discussed medication dosage errors. This week as we read about skin medications and other topics, as you feel comfortable:

1.  Share a situation where you, a friend, or loved one was the recipient of an allergic reaction to a drug or an allergic reaction to an environmental issue, ie., asthmatics, peanut allergies, insect bites, cleaning agents, etc, etc.

2. What the allergic reaction was and to what factor

3. How the allergic reaction was resolved

4.  How you feel the allergic reaction could have been prevented. (If you don’t know of a case, search and post one from the internet and provide the URL in your post.)
